Xinda Farm Machinery

Our Story – Xinda Farm Machinery

Founded in 1963 by Mr. Gao Qingzi, a Korean War veteran who chose to serve his community over a government post, Xinda began as a small agricultural station in rural Hebei.

In 1982, his son Mr. Gao Yingnian took over, relocated the business, and built it into Shijiazhuang's largest tractor trailer manufacturer. With remarkable vision, he pivoted to agricultural machinery imports in 1998 – introducing Japan's Kubota harvesters and pioneering China's used agri-machinery service model.

In 2012, Xinda turned to Europe, importing German forage harvesters from Krone, Claas, John Deere and New Holland. By 2018, we sharpened our focus, transitioning into a Krone-specialized service provider.

In 2020, the third generation – Mr. Gao Haibo – took leadership, joining Krone's official after-sales network to deliver factory-level support to every customer.

Today, Xinda has been ranked China's No.1 used forage harvester supplier by market share for five consecutive years, and recognized as the industry leader in service response. We are now bringing six decades of expertise and a family's honor to farmers across Europe – offering high-quality used Krone & Claas harvesters and genuine spare parts with professional after-sales support.

发展历程
1963

1963 – A Humble Beginning

The story of Xinda Farm Machinery begins with Mr. Gao Qingzi, a veteran who served his country in the Korean War. After returning from the battlefield, he was assigned as the Director of the Transportation Bureau in Yuanshi County, Hebei Province. Yet, life had other plans. Driven by a deep sense of responsibility to support his family and community, he chose a quieter path – returning to his hometown of Yongtai Township to take up the post of Director at the local Agricultural Technology Station. It was there that his lifelong connection to the land and to farming took root.

1978

1978 – Embracing the Winds of Change

With the dawn of China's Reform and Opening-Up policy, the agricultural sector began its transformation. The once state-managed Agricultural Technology Station was privatized, and Mr. Gao Qingzi, trusted by his peers and community, stepped forward to manage the station as an independent entity. This marked the first step of Xinda's journey from a public service unit to a private enterprise rooted in service and trust.

1982

1982 – A New Generation, A New Direction

In 1982, Mr. Gao Qingzi passed the reins to his son, Mr. Gao Yingnian, and retired with honor. The young and visionary Gao Yingnian made a bold decision – he relocated the station to Quan Village, Macun Town, and pivoted from agricultural services to manufacturing. He began producing trailers for local tractor factories, laying the foundation for what would soon become one of Shijiazhuang's most respected manufacturing enterprises.Under the leadership of Gao Yingnian, Xinda Farm Machinery grew rapidly. For over a decade and a half, the company stood as Shijiazhuang's largest manufacturer of tractor trailers – a testament to its quality, reliability, and the trust it had built with farmers and factories alike. These years taught the family the value of precision manufacturing, supply chain management, and customer-first service.

1998

1998 – A Visionary Pivot

In 1998, Gao Yingnian saw a shift on the horizon. With Chinese agriculture modernizing rapidly, he made a decision that would define Xinda's future: transitioning from trailer manufacturing to agricultural machinery imports. That same year, Xinda introduced Japan's Kubota harvesters to the Chinese market – and alongside it, the company pioneered a new service model: the used agricultural machinery service and after-sales support system. This was a turning point that combined international quality with local accessibility.

2013

2012 – Embracing European Engineering

As China's pasture and forage industry experienced a period of explosive growth, Xinda looked westward. In 2012, the company began sourcing high-performance self-propelled forage harvesters directly from Germany, representing world-class brands including Krone, Claas, John Deere, and New Holland. This move brought European engineering excellence to Chinese farms, helping clients achieve unprecedented efficiency in silage production.

2018

2018 – Strategic Focus on Krone

With a growing portfolio and deepening expertise, Xinda made a strategic decision in 2018: to transition from a general agricultural machinery supplier to a Krone-specialized service provider. This allowed the company to build unparalleled technical expertise, supply chain precision, and customer support specifically around Krone's legendary forage harvester lineup – especially the BiG X series.

2020

2020 – The Third Generation Takes the Helm

In 2020, Mr. Gao Haibo, the third generation of the Gao family, assumed leadership as General Manager. With a modern vision and a commitment to global service standards, Gao Haibo joined Krone's official after-sales service network, ensuring that every Xinda customer receives factory-level technical support and genuine parts – no matter where they are.

2025

2025 – Market Leadership

Today, Xinda Farm Machinery has been ranked China's No. 1 used forage harvester supplier by market share for five consecutive years, and is recognized across the industry as the leader in service response time and customer satisfaction. From a single agricultural station in rural Hebei to a national leader in used forage harvesters, the story of Xinda is one of resilience, vision, and unwavering commitment to the farming community.
